RedPlanet Berhad is an enterprise technology solutions provider specialising in geospatial and Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions, intelligent rail solutions and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services.

Steve & Co Capital invested RM1.5 million at the start-up stage in 2018, backing RedPlanet through its early growth journey. The company subsequently listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia in 2020 and is now progressing towards its next stage of growth through a proposed IPO and transfer to the ACE Market.

The journey reflects our approach to private equity: identify opportunities early, support scalable businesses and position them for institutional capital and public markets.
